Can I change my product for another product as well?

If your order has not yet been offered to the carrier, we can always change your product. If you have already received it, we can change it if it is not yet open. The return costs are yours. We can pick up the product and send you the new product as soon as the first package is back in our stock.

I have already used my product, Can I still change it?

We normally recommend to sell it privately.
