The Rex 1 doghouse is an insulated dog house with a run. It is made from pressure treated spruce wood, providing extra protection against the elements. This doghouse with run features stylish, restored ceramic roof tiles, making it highly resistant to both rain and sun. The spacious sleeping area has a Betonplex floor (phenolic-coated plywood), providing additional insulation and comfort. At the front of the doghouse, there is a sturdy, galvanized grille with a door, which is rust-resistant and allows for optimal ventilation and visibility. Thanks to the insulation in the sleeping area, warmth is well-retained, making it ideal for the winter months. The Rex 1 dog house offers an ideal space for dogs that enjoy being outdoors. It provides your dog with ample protection against cold and other weather conditions.

  • This cage will be delivered as a kit, with a clear instruction.
  • This version 1 is equipped with a kennelpannel in the front.
  • The doghouse has black plastic feet, making it easier to move, and the hutch is better protected against moisture
  • Assembly with 2 persons takes about 2 hours
  • The dimensions can be a little more or less, depending of the size of the roof tiles
  • Well-insulated walls 7cm (!) thick
  • Wooden panels are provided with preserved pine rabat parts of 18 mm thick.
  • Unprotected wooden edges can be provided with aluminum strips to prevent gnawing. You can request this by email. The price for this is € 9,00 per meter (incl. assembly).
  • All ironwork is galvanized against corrosion: 8 years guarantee on galvanisation!
  • If there is high humidity outside, then it is also humid inside a loft. You can treat the inside of the loft with stain to prevent the mold to grow.
